PRAWN COCKTAIL WITH AIOLI RECIPE

Prawn cocktails bring together the crunch of salad with fresh seafood and a Aioli sauce.

INGREDIENTS

¼ iceberg lettuce

20 cooked king prawns, peeled, leaving tails intact

METHOD

Divide the lettuce among martini or serving glasses. Arrange the prawns on top of the lettuce and top with a dollop of the aioli.
