POTATOES WITH AIOLI

Aioli gives this otherwise classic potato salad a pungent kick.

INGREDIENTS
TFC Aioli
tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

METHOD

Cut Chat potatoes in half. Cook potatoes in boiling water until soft, and drain.

Combine potatoes with salt and pepper and melted butter then cool in fridge.

Once cooled add The Aioli and mix well until all the potato are covered with Aioli.

Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
