500g Ingham’s diced Roasted Chicken Meat
100mls of The Food Company – Peri Peri Sauce
½ x Carrot – julienne cut
1 x Celery Stick – julienne cut
¼ x Red Onion – julienne cut
¼ x Red Capsicum – julienne cut
2 cups Rice brown or white rice optional
Julienne cut – Carrots, Celery, and Onion Capsicum & Shallots
Wash & prep rice, then cook, keep aside warm
Sautee Chicken, deglaze with Peri Peri Sauce & then toss through Julienne cut veg
Serve & Season to taste
