BBQ CHICKEN WINGS WITH ROASTED BERRIES
1 piece of flat Lebanese bread
200g chicken thigh, diced
2 tbs tomato paste
150g Mozzarella cheese
1 handful of baby spinach, washed and dried
75ml The Food Company’s Moroccan Style dressing
Pan-fry the chicken dices on moderate heat until the meat changes colour, put aside
Pre-heat oven to 210°C
Lay the Lebanese bread onto an over tray and spread with tomato paste out to the sides as your pizza base.
Place the diced chicken pieces evenly around the pizza base then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese generously over the pizza.
Cook in oven until cheese melts and starts to turn brown, then remove from oven.
Whilst pizza is hot, garnish throughout with the baby spinach leaves. When leaves are wilting on pizza, drizzle Moroccan dressing over entire pizza.
Cut into portions and consume immediately.
