Harissa Prawns

Gluten Free Recipe

INGREDIENTS

500grams A&T 26/30 cooked Prawn Cutlets

100mls of The Food Company Harissa Sauce

½ x Carrot – julienne cut

1 x Celery stick – julienne cut

¼ x Red Onion – julienne cut

¼ x Red Capsicum – julienne cut

METHOD

 Prepare Carrot, Celery, Red Onion and Red Capsicum slicing them julienne.

Wash and cook rice 

Sautee Prawns and deglaze with Harissa Sauce till prawns are heated through and season to taste

Timbale warm rice Centre of plate and serve cooked prawns 

Garnish with Julienne vegetables
