CRABMEAT LETTUCE BOATS WITH GARLIC AIOLI

Serves 6 

Gluten free recipe 

INGREDIENTS

1 x 227g pot A&T Pasteurised Blueswimmer Claw or Special Crab Meat

½ Ice burg Lettuce or 1 x Cos Lettuce

1 x Celery stick – diced finely

¼ x red Onion – diced finely

 red or yellow Capsicum – ¼ diced finely 

2 x Tbsp. of The Food company – Garlic Aioli

½ x fresh lemon – for garnish cut into wedges

METHOD

Wash Lettuce & store in fridge to chill

Chop into small diced pieces: Celery, Onion & Capsicum

Combine TFC Garlic Aioli, Crab Meat & diced vegetables in a      bowl

Place mixture onto lettuce cups & garnish

Serve Chilled

Drizzle additional FOOD Company Garlic Aioli over Crab Boats
