BBQ CHICKEN WINGS WITH ROASTED BERRIES

2kg Chicken Drumettes
200ml TFC Smokey BBQ Sauce
60ml (1/4 Cup) Honey
20g TFC Minced Garlic
200ml TFC Ranch Dressing
2 Tsp Sweet Paprika
- Place the chicken in an ovenproof baking dish. Combine Smokey BBQ Sauce, paprika and garlic in a jug. Pour bourbon mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 3 hours to develop the flavours.
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake chicken in preheated oven, turning occasionally, for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Add in the fruit on a separate tray the last five minutes remove from oven.
- Top chicken with roasted fruit and serve with a ranch dressing and serve immediately
