Harissa is usually a hot, warm spicy chilli paste from North Africa. We have created a warm earthy spicy sauce’ for use as a marinade for meats (compliments lamb perfectly) or a condiment which can be added to couscous, soups and pasta. Great finishing sauce for vegetarian and meat dishes.
