SERVING SUGGESTION

Mix 1 tablespoon Garlic Ginger & Shallots with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon sugar. Spread over 4 x 150g firm fish fillets, season well. Place 1 fillet on a square of aluminium foil and close up on all sides. Repeat for other 3 fillets. Place parcels on oven tray, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve with steamed vegetables, spoon cooking juices over fish.
