A qualified Food Technologist with a Masters in Business Management, Matthew ensures that the company excels in the manufacture and supply of quality condiments to the discerning customer. His talents also permit him to focus on New Product Development for both local and international tastes.

With his many previous years in small and large food manufacturing, Nick also ensures that the right quality of ingredient is purchased to fulfil the needs of our customers and their quality expectations.
