In 1993 The Food Company was chosen as the perfect name for us, and since then ginger, chilli, horseradish, garlic & herb spread, tahini, sambal oelek and chopped onion have been produced alongside the familiar crushed garlic.

In 2004 Matthew Fletcher purchased the company and has already made significant inroads to the grand plan he has set for himself. His tertiary qualifications and 18 years industry experience place him ideally to focus the company on the needs of the consumers and continue to offer high quality, convenient condiments.
